An opportunity has arisen at our Oswestry office for an individual with excellent communication skills, high professional standards and an eye for detail and good presentation. Applicants will be confident individuals able to think on their feet.
You will be expected to work closely with a senior member of staff and other members within the team. You will be able to work with colleagues or alone, consistently delivering outstanding results.
The role will principally involve working in rural and commercial estate management but will also involve a large amount of professional work such as landlord and tenant, rent reviews, sales and lettings, planning, renewable energy, valuation and compensation.
A remuneration package will be offered to reflect experience and good career prospects exist for the right individual.
